Arts & Wellness Calendars
The Arts, Wellness, & Engagement Program offers engaging wellness activities for older adults from personalized fitness classes to educational and arts activities, social events, and more. The AWE program is aimed at improving health and well-being, creating connections and opportunities for social activities and engaging and stimulating the mind with fun and creative events and classes.
At our multipurpose senior centers throughout the city, you can enjoy everything from art and education classes to health and wellness programming to keep you active and healthy.
At our two senior fitness centers, trained staff are on hand to support you in the use of ergonomically supportive exercise equipment specifically designed for older adults. We have a diverse offering of fitness classes for those of all abilities to help:
- improve balance
- increase endurance
- avoid falls
