 JFS { Felicia Mahood Multipurpose Center

At JFS { Felicia Mahood, we will provide a full range of services for older adults in the community including care management, counseling, support groups, information and referral, advocacy, transportation, home delivered meals and lunch at several community dining sites each weekday.  As with all of our resources for older adults, these community-based care services are designed to enable seniors to live in the least restrictive environment possible.  For those who are homebound, services will be provided in the home or by telephone.  

JFS { Felicia Mahood is conveniently located for volunteers, staff and donors in the heart of West Los Angeles, halfway between our Israel Levin Senior Center in Venice and the JFS { Pico Robertson Family Resource Center (near the intersection of Santa Monica Blvd. and the 405 Freeway). 

Felicia Mahood is a unique public-private partnership, as the facilities are owned by the L.A. City Department of Recreation and Parks, and will be jointly used for community programming.

Social services for Nazi victims have been supported by a grant from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
JFSLA receives funds from the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Holocaust Survivor Emergency Assistance Fund, administered by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany for the benefit of needy Jewish Nazi victims.
Funds have been provided by the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany for the Emergency Assistance Program for Nazi Victims at the discretion of the United States District Court supervising the lawsuit In Re: Holocaust Victim Assets Litigation (Swiss Banks).
